Our comprehensive training program is designed in two parts, providing both an in-depth theoretical understanding and a hands-on practical experience in profitable poultry production.

Participants will gain valuable insights in applying best practices learned in theory by attending a practical training session at our poultry farm.

Part 1: Theory Training
Delivered online through pre-recorded interactive videos, the theory session covers essential practices for successful poultry farming. Participants will have five (5) days to cover the content at their own convenient time and location, ensuring they understand the critical aspects of poultry production necessary for a profitable venture.

Part 2: Practical Training
The practical session, held at our farm in Muchatha Town, Nduta Drive off Banana Raini road - Kiambu County, immerses participants in real-world poultry farming. Here’s what you can expect to experience:

• Brooding: Observe the management of chicks in our brooder section.
• Feed Production: Learn the process of creating poultry feed.
• Slaughter and Processing: Get hands-on experience in slaughter operations, including packaging, marketing, and selling chicken and eggs.
• Housing: See a live demonstration of our poultry housing systems.
• Disease Management: Apply the disease control strategies discussed in theory.
• Farm Management: Dive into record keeping, labor, and stock management.

We conduct this training monthly, welcoming anyone interested in venturing into profitable poultry farming.

Part 1: Theory Training Session

Theory Training Date / Duration: 11 - 15 November 2024 (Access Pre-recorded video training Content (Register NOW & Get Access to the Training content!)
Theory Training MUST be completed before joining the Practical Training session for the month.

Practicals Training Date: Saturday, 16 November 2024
Time: 9.30am - 4.30pm
Training Venue: Homerange Poultry Farm, Muchatha Town, Nduta drive, off Banana Raini road - Kiambu County

Step 1: To register please send an SMS or Whatsapp text with the word 'TRAINING' to 0727 200 116.

Step 2: You will receive an automated response from our system. Please reply to this response with the word 'V1'.

Step 3: Reply with your FULL NAME and the word 'TF' e.g. 'John Doe TF'.

Step 4: Please pay your training fee of Kes. 4000 (per person) via our provided Mpesa Paybill number.

Step 5: Our automated system will confirm receipt of your payment and send you an email with full access to the online theory training content.

Step 6: You will also be automatically added to the Practical Training Whatsapp group for the month where full details of the training session will be provided including directions using public or private means and also a pin drop to our poultry farm where the training will be taking place.
