How to Place an
Order
Step 1: Send an SMS with the word "CHICKS"
to 0727200116.
Step 2: Select Your Preferred Package Option
from those provided by our automated system, which will guide
you through the selection process.
Step 3: Deposit Payment: Make your 50% deposit
payment via our MPESA Paybill as provided by the system.
Step 4: Order Confirmation: Once we receive your
payment, you will receive an alert confirming that your order
has been successfully placed along with the estimated waiting
period, which is typically 3-4 weeks.
Step 5: Collection Notification: A week prior
to your collection date, you will receive an SMS notification
to give you ample time to make the necessary transport arrangements
to make collection of your order.
Step 6: Collect Your Order: Visit our collection
center at our poultry farm located at Muchatha town, Nduta Drive,
off Banana Raini Road on your assigned collection date. Inspect
your order and pay the remaining balance if satisfied.
Please note that any exchanges for unsatisfactory chicks can only
be made at the collection center; no exchanges will be done once
an order leaves the collection centre.
